Cucumber Mash Face Mask

Moisture is an important part of keeping your skin healthy. It helps treat existing wrinkles and prevents new wrinkles from forming. But it doesnโ€™t take an expensive cream to get all the moisture you need. Thatโ€™s because cucumbers are packed full of moisture right off the shelf. Hereโ€™s how to use a cucumber mash face mask for powerful healing.


  1. Cut off ยผ of a cucumber and place it in a blender.
  2. Blend the cucumber until itโ€™s slightly chunky. If you donโ€™t have a blender, you can mash the cucumber with a fork.
  3. Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
  4. Apply the cucumber mash directly to the skin on your face, neck, and dรฉcolletรฉ.
  5. Let the mask sit for fifteen minutes.
  6. Remove the cucumber mash with lukewarm water and pat yourself dry with a soft towel.

Pro tip: For an extra inflammation-fighting boost, cool the cucumber in the refrigerator before preparing your cucumber mask.


Skin Lightening Tomato Lemon Face Mask

Want to fade blemishes or simply lighten your skin tone? Use the tomato and lemon face mask! Both lemon and tomato have natural skin lightening properties which can help even out skin discoloration, hyperpigmentation and lighten acne scars


  1. Blend 1/2 a tomato into a smooth puree.
  2. Combine the tomato puree with 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
  3. Using a clean cotton ball, apply the mixture all over your face.
  4. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. When the time is up, rinse off with cold water.
  6. Pat dry.
  7. Apply a drop of olive oil to moisturize.

Pro Tip:

  1. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for best results.
  2. Do facial steaming beforehand to open up skin pores and let the face mask penetrate.

Aloe vera hydrates,heals and helps reverse the aging process like no other natural ingredient.Hereโ€™s how to make the simplest hydrating mask.


  1. Cut ยฝ of an unpeeled cucumber into slices.
  2. Place these slices, peel and all, in a blender and mix until watery.
  3. Add two tablespoons of aloe vera gel and blend until smooth.
  4. Wash your face and neck with warm water and an oil-free cleanser to remove makeup and open pores.
  5. Massage the paste evenly onto your face, neck, and chest.
  6. After fifteen minutes, rinse off the mask with cool water and pat your skin dry with a soft towel.

ย Tumeric And Lemon Face Mask

Lemon juice acts as a powerful astringent tightening your pores, while also undercutting its oiliness.The Tangy juice also contains citric acid that works as a bleaching agent brightening your skin naturally. In combination with the skin lightening and acne-fighting properties of turmeric, lemon juice can be used to eliminate acne and pimples from the oily skin.This mask is especially recommended for those with extremely oily skin that is also prone to frequent breakouts.


  1. Take 1 tablespoon of organic turmeric powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice as well.
  3. Mix thoroughly with a spatula to get a smooth mixture.
  4. Apply the prepared paste on the acne-afflicted areas.
  5. Leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off.
  6. Pat dry your face with a soft towel and apply a light, oil-free moisturizer.

Oatmeal Facial Mask

An oatmeal facial mask is an inexpensive way to pamper your skin at home. Oatmeal has soothing ingredients that will relieve irritated and itchy skin on your face, and leave you with smooth skin.


  1. Grind 4 tbsp of rolled oats.
  2. Measure 1 tbsp of honey and mix thoroughly in oats powder.
  3. Crack an egg without breaking the yolk.
  4. Pour the yolk into the small bowl with the honey and oatmeal mixture.
  5. And mix well.
  6. Apply the mixture to your face and allow it to set for 15 minutes, then rinse it off thoroughly with warm water.
  7. Pat your face dry with a towel.
