EASY RECIPES TO BEAT THE HEAT THIS RAMADAN

That Cheese made me go voilaaaa!!

As it is the month of Ramadan, It’s the time when you have to make sehri and iftar. It is very difficult in this extremely hot weather to spend immense time in the kitchen heat. We completely understand this so here are some easy to make recipes for the iftar to save your time and to save you from kitchen heat.

1. Easy BBQ Sandwiches


Ingredients
β€’ Boiled Chicken 1
β€’ Large Onion 1
β€’ Oil 1tbsp
β€’ BBQ sauce 2tbsp
β€’ Ketchup 1tbsp
β€’ Chili Garlic Sauce 1tbsp
β€’ Cheese slices optional
β€’ Mayo
β€’ Salt
β€’ Black pepper
β€’ Grounded red chilies
β€’ Bread
Method
Saute the onions. Then add all other ingredients except for mayo and cheese slides. The material is now ready. Now toast the bread slices and put in the filling along with mayo and cheese. Voila! The sandwiches are ready!

2. Chicken Cheese Balls

Ingredients
β€’ Boiled Chicken 1
β€’ Boiled Potatoes 1
β€’ Green Chili Paste 1tbsp
β€’ Cheddar Cheese 100 gram
β€’ Mozzarella Cheese 100 gram
β€’ Salt
β€’ Black pepper
β€’ All-purpose flour 1 cup
β€’ Bread Crumbs 1 cup
β€’ Egg 1
β€’ Oil for frying

Method
In a bowl add the shredded chicken, boiled potato, both the cheeses, green chili paste, salt and pepper. Then mix all the ingredients well. Make small balls. Then coat each ball in All-purpose flour, egg and then breadcrumbs. Repeat it with every ball. Chicken Cheese balls are ready to be fried. Deep fry in oil and serve fresh.

3. Chicken Strips

Ingredients
β€’ Chicken Breast 2
β€’ All-purpose flour 1 cup
β€’ Bread Crumbs 1 cup
β€’ Egg 1
β€’ Salt
β€’ Black pepper
β€’ Grounded red chilies
β€’ oregano
β€’ Soya sauce 1tbsp
β€’ Hot sauce 1tbsp
β€’ Oil for frying
Method
Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Then add all the spices along with oregano, hot sauce and soya sauce. Marinade the chicken and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then coat it with All-purpose flour, egg and breadcrumbs. The chicken strips are ready to be fried. Shallow fry in oil and serve fresh.

4. Fizzy Cocktail

Ingredients
β€’ Peach Juice 4 cups
β€’ Pineapple Juice 4 cups
β€’ Lemon juice 2tbsp
β€’ Sprite 1 liter
β€’ Ice 1 cup
β€’ Sugar 4tbsp
Method
Blend the juices along with lemon juice, sugar and ice. Add sprite before serving.
